Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

American Advisors Group (AAG) is committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights and privacy with regard to telephone marketing offers. AAG complies with all federal and state Do Not Call regulations.

AAG honors all consumer requests to be added to our internal DNC list within ten (10) business days of receiving the request. Your number will remain on our internal DNC list indefinitely or until you consent to revoking your prior DNC request. You may voluntarily remove your phone number from our internal DNC list by signing an express consent to receive AAG’s marketing calls via web submission, live, automated, or prerecorded telephone calls. You will also be removed from our internal DNC list if you consent to revoke prior internal DNC status when you inquire with AAG at any time after your request to be placed on our internal DNC list. You have the right to rescind this consent anytime through any reasonable means, including but not limited to submitting a written request or contacting the number listed below.

Once added to our internal DNC list, we will ensure that you will not receive future telephone marketing offers from AAG. Your status on our internal DNC list does not affect your relationship as a customer and does not preclude us from contacting you in regard to your loan. If you change your phone number or establish a new phone number, it is your responsibility to contact AAG to place the new number(s) on our internal DNC list.

If you wish to request a print copy of this policy you may do so by mailing your request in writing to the address listed below. We will send the policy by regular US mail within thirty (30) days of receiving your request. Please note we must receive your request in writing with your complete mailing address.
